Why Have I Lost My Sex Drive?

You come to a point where you don’t feel the desire to have any sexual interaction with your partner anymore. You suddenly feel the pressure of the thought that maybe you don’t care about him anymore, you don’t feel that you like him like you did before, or you have to do it to keep the relationship going on. But you do it without any pleasure, you feel that you’ve lost your sex drive.

Loosing sex drive is common and it happens in long term relationships, and more often than not, we feel embarrassed to discuss this issue with our friends or the ob-gyn doctor.

Causes of a low sex drive

Some of the main causes of a low sex drive are:

-stress, anxiety or depression
-pregnancy and having a baby -relationship problems
